Good to know:
Spinach provides
energy for the muscles. Vitamin K and beta carotene regulate skin problems and
activate the immune system. Chlorophyll supports the transport of oxygen in the
cells, neutralizes free radicals and can even improve body odor.
Strawberries are
among the lowest calorie and at the same time healthiest types of fruit,
because they contain a particularly high amount of secondary plant substances.
These fight off free radicals, improve the transport of oxygen to the body
cells, have an antibiotic effect and can protect heart and blood vessels. The
high content of vitamin C stimulates fat burning.
Pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin seeds contain large amounts of zinc. Zinc, on the other hand, is important for the immune system and activates enzymes that regulate appetite and prevent cravings. In addition, the kernels of the pumpkin bring a lot of chlorophyll, which has a detoxifying effect, among other things. The cream cheese has extremely good nutritional properties, especially an excellent satiety effect. It can supply the body with protein for up to eight hours.
