Ingredients:

4 kohlrabi 1 bell pepper 2 tablespoons peanut butter 175 ml water 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder 50 g peanuts, roasted and salted Salt chili powder 4 tablespoons parsley, chopped 

 

Preparation Kohlrabi pan

1. Clean the kohlrabi and peppers, peel them if necessary and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the kohlrabi and peppers over a medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. Add the peanut butter and water and stir. Add all remaining ingredients and season to taste.

4. Sprinkle with the peanuts before serving.
