Good to know
Avocado provides
healthy vegetable fats and vital vitamins, e.g. vitamins A, E, and K, as well
as beta-carotene - a precursor of vitamin A. This vitamin is involved in blood
formation, ensures healthy skin and good eyes, stable bones and teeth. The
green fruit is not exactly low in fat - but its fat is high quality, keeps you
full for a long time and calms the nerves, so that the consumption of avocado
protects against food cravings.
Oranges provide a lot
of vitamin C. This not only stimulates the immune system, but also activates
fat burning.
Mint has a
stimulating and antibacterial effect. It promotes concentration. Chlorophyll
neutralizes free radicals and supports the transport of oxygen in the cells.
Mint is even medically effective: it has an anticonvulsant and pain-relieving
effect.
