Ingredients Zucchini minced meat pan
- 600 g zucchini
- 300 g minced meat
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g cream cheese, approx. 17% fat
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 75 ml water
- 100 g Gouda cheese , grated
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- A little salt and chili powder
Preparation Zucchini minced meat pan
1. Heat the oil in a pan. Dice the onions and garlic and fry
in them.
2. While the onions are frying, use a spiral cutter to cut
the zucchini into "spaghetti". Alternatively, dice finely.
3. Add the minced meat to the fried onions and garlic. Add
the tomato paste, basil and parsley.
4. Cook the minced meat while stirring. As soon as it is
done, stir in the cream cheese and water. Season with salt and chili powder.
5. Add 70 g of the cheese, then add the zucchini and stir
everything well. Put the lid on and turn the stove back on. Cook for about 3 -
5 minutes.
6. Stir well. Season again to taste. Sprinkle with the rest
of the cheese and serve.
Good to know:
Zucchini are extremely low in calories and should therefore not be missing in any diet! From a mathematical point of view, zucchini does contain some carbohydrates, but on closer inspection these are largely indigestible for humans. Rather, it is valuable, filling fiber. Zucchini can also help detox because of their high potassium content.
