Ingredients Vegetable Rosti

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 100g zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Preparation Vegetable Rosti

 

1. Grate the carrot, onion and zucchini into sticks (alternatively cut into very fine cubes).

2. Mix the eggs with the salt and the chilli powder.

3. Let the oil get hot in a non-stick pan. Fry the vegetables, finally add the egg and let set with the lid closed and over a mild heat.
